The very nature of democratic socialism is that it is made up of the people. As citizen organizers, we reject the notion that political change comes from professional 'activists' and 'mobilizers'. We must bring about change for ourselves.

Become a dues-paying member.
DSA is funded entirely by membership dues, which means we are beholden only to our members. Note that no one is turned away for lack of ability to pay dues and there is a sliding scale. Consider switching to monthly dues. Monthly dues help support your local chapter. Join us today!
